After watching ” Tick, Tick Boom!” three times I was awakened to the fact that we all need to recharge and re-energize ourselves in the face of world events. The music stopped and we are still standing, which is great and to be appreciated.

Andrew Garfield ( in the picture) portrays the late playwright Jonathan Larson soaring into our minds with a power that can only be propelled by talent and dedication. He owns his craft. Watching him made me walk away renewed and happy to be alive. So Andrew Garfield’s image graces our first of the month post in the hopes that you can pick up on his enormous energy, his graceful soul.

Inching our way towards two years into the Pandemic and it’s ugly and sad ramifications has left me exhausted and looking at the glass half empty, instead of the glass half full. Living becomes a chore when we can only see all that is wrong. Well, snap out of it. Step up and find a happy event that will loosen those chains and let you fly again. And fly higher and better and a longer distance. Search and find that which elevates your spirit to want to dance. It’s easier that it sounds. My list of problems is long. I bet your list of problems is long. I decided to stop staring at them and look at more pleasant, soul fulfilling events. I also hammer a mental message to myself to ” let go” of what I cannot fix. Move on, keep walking, try dancing and singing, anything so that our time left is invested and well used instead of just languishing in the same problem soup.

Are you with me? Let’s sing and dance. Happy December my friends. I see you.❤
