Iced Honey Cinnamon Latte ( from The Cookie Rookie)

For the Syrop:

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup honey

2 teaspoons cinnamon

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool.

Note: I did made this recipe, for the first time, just moment ago and it’s a keeper. I added 4 tablespoons of the syrup instead of the 2 the recipe calls for and its refreshing, delicious and very tasty. Bon Appetit.

The Syrup:

For the Latte:

1 shot very strong coffee

1 to 2 tablespoons of the Honey Cinnamon Syrup

1/2 cup milk

Let’s make the latte! Add coffee and syrup to glass. Stir. Fill with ice and top with cold milk. Stir gently.

Note: I’m waiting for the coffee and syrup to cool before mixing the ingredients. I see no sense in starting with steaming hot products that will melt and water down the latte. Pictures and comments in a while.
