It looks better in person and tastes divine. Angel hair pasta takes four minutes to boil. While the pasta is boiling have ready your peeled, deveined shrimp marinating in juice from one lime. Sprinkle shrimp with garlic, parsley and paprika.

Heat three tablespoons of butter in a skillet, watching to not burn the butter. Add the shrimp and toss for a couple of minutes. Add the left over lime juice to cool the butter. Add a big bunch of fresh spinach and toss around until the spinach is soft, about a minute. Serve buttered shrimp and spinach on top of the cooked pasta. Dash with parmesan cheese and ready.
