One 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened.
One 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
1/4 cup mayo.
15 jalapenos , halved lengthwise and seeded.
2 eggs beaten.
1/2 tablespoon of milk.
2 cups of crushed corn flakes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese and mayo.
Stuff the Jalapeno halves with the mixture.
Mix together eggs and milk in a small bowl.
Place crushed corn flakes in a separate small bowl.
Dip each Jalapeno half into the milk mixture and then the crushed corn flakes.
Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes until bubbly and a little brown. Enjoy!
