November has been an extraordinary time only because we made it so. Capricorn Science is the creation of a non writer, non blogger, gone mad into the adventure of seeking new outlets for a restless mind. It is an expression of the world around us, as we see it. I say us because, even though, I’m the only brave one doing the writing, the thinking behind the words reflects the thoughts of many others.
Last year I had thought that since the election was over Capricorn Science could spend some time exploring science. After all it is a part of our name. Turning on the science engines and reading relentlessly, then simmering the information and thoughts so that they would flow into written words wasn’t easy but truly worth the effort. We travelled the universe together. Spacetime became easy to understand and grasp. We learned that “everything has already happened”. A sad idea to live with. We learned that we occupy a segment of spacetime and then poof? Maybe we poof and maybe we don’t poof? More research will take us there and back.
During November we entered and explored the world of Cryptocurrency, which is taking us for a wild ride. Crypto needs a dictionary all for itself. Whales, Unicorns and other magical personas have invaded our consciousness. Omaji’s are selling for millions of dollars! I just love it.
Discovering DAO, Decentralized Autonomous Organization, as a new way to structure businesses and other societal functions has been awesome. We divided the definitions and how it works in four parts. I am in awe.
Then came Fibonacci with his numerical sequences that prove that connectivity does exist. I literally cried when I heard his numerical sequence played as music. To think that I could have died without this experience overwhelmed me.
We discovered that information is being studied and considered the possible fifth state of matter. This is like gold drops raining upon my head.
All of these treasures and more were dissected and explored during this beautiful November on this humble Capricorn Science blog.
December will have us travelling with the largest telescope to record the beginning of time. We will travel on the light waves of the largest ever digital camera which will record spacetime. These mental escapes are based on a reality that we yet don’t know or even understand but it’s a glimpse at a place and time that is fair to call a new frontier. We will also discuss the rave going on about the Metaverse. I’ll anticipate that I was curious until I realized the Zuckerberg’s Metaverse will play out in cartoons. No one will ever talk me into not living in this beautiful world, where every second I see another instance of beauty and wonderment. So my wanderlust will keep me right here travelling at the speed of light throughout the known universe. Until December.
