The current joke is that we should wear a mask when we leave our homes and also wear one indoors, so we stop eating. Guilty as charged. I love to cook and love to eat but demand from myself that I remain within the term skinny. Every outing has demanded ice cream in compensation fro the fear of dealing with the fruitcases that will not keep their distance. It’s fair to say that I may have gained about 15 lbs during my 100 day lock down. I started early with the protocol. Now the carbs demand more carbs and a lift my be in order to get me out of my house. So…I decide to shoot the carb craving in the foot. Here goes:
One or two eggs, fresh broccoli and Parmesan cheese, melted.
Breakfast and lunch. Dinner is a small chicken breast , broccoli and Parmesan cheese.
After only one day, the carb tantrum and hunger pains lol), are down by about 50 percent. What are you eating?
