Once you’ve tried this, you will never go back. Wonderful just doesn’t cover it.
I use a copper pan for this recipe.
Melt, at medium heat, one bar of butter ( don’t even think of margarine). Add one cup and a half of Parmesan cheese.
Whisk it while it kinda melts.
Add one cup of heavy cream.
Mix, and Watch as it thickens. Remove from the heat.
Add 1 quarter cup of dry Parsley.
Serve hot on our favorite hot pasta. I use this recipe with potatoes and all kinds of other things. Licking good. What’s on your plate?
Note: I like to mix the cooked pasta into the pan with the warm sauce. The bit of water stuck to the pasta enhances the flavors.
