Recipe chilled Spanish Gazpacho Soup by request.

4 tomatoes, peeled without seeds plus one tomato for decoration
1 cucumber, peeled and cut
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 piece of garlic chopped
2 cups beef broth
1 and a half cups tomato juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar

Decoration:
1 teaspoon drailed, peeled, chopped cucumber
1 teaspoon green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon onion, chopped
1 teaspoon tomato, chopped
Croutons soaked in olive oil
Season with salt and pepper

Put all ingredients, except decorations, in a food processor and mix well. Transfer to bowl and chill for 2 hours. Serve and add decorations and croutons. Enjoy.
