I forgot to take a picture of my pasta. Mine is creamier and pinker.

Boil your pasta. Drain and set aside.

While that is happening: Using your favorite skillet heat about a quarter cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil. Add your choice of protein. Could be pieces of salmon, tune, cooked chicken or sausages. Toss around and cook. Add one or two handfuls of fresh spinach. Continue to move it in the skillet and cook evenly. Sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley and oregano.

Once it’s steaming add about a cup of Hunt’s Meat Sauce. I use Hunts because, of all the brands out there, its the closest in color and taste to long cooking Italian sauce. Once your mix is hot and sizzling ad two tablespoons of cream cheese. Mix and watch while the cream cheese dissolves and changes the color of your sauce to pink and creamy. Add the amount of pasta that you want to serve to the sauce. Mix the sauce and the pasta. Serve. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and enjoy.

The whole process took about 15 minutes. Not bad for fast food.
