Peanut Butter Cookies: 1 cup peanut butter / 1 cup sugar / 1 large egg / mix the above with a fork. / Refrigerate 1 hour to chill. / Mold into marble size balls. / Put on lightly greased cookie sheet ( at this point you may use a fork to crisscross the top of the cookie). Bake in pre-heated oven 350 degrees aprox. 8 to 10 minutes. / Leave cookies on pan at least one minute to cool. ( avoids crumbling). Happy Holidays!
