These are great to add to fish and chicken plates. They add a very nice ting and a tang too!
First wash and dry about 10 large lemons. Slice and place horizontally on a tray. Cover with coarse salt. Cover with saran wrap overnight. Next morning the lemon will be tender and would have rendered delicious juices.
Place the slices of lemon in an airtight jar. Cover with the juices from the tray and refrigerate until ready to use. Delicious.
