Salmon Patties Per Moi:

One can of red Salmon. Drain and take the out bone, Toss in bowl and flake with fork. Separately, beat two eggs and add to the flaky salmon. Mix. Add breadcrumbs until the mix holds pattie shape, about half a cup. Heat 1.4 inch oil. Fry about two minutes on each side and ready to enjoy. I would had put some sour cream on the side but I do not have any…sadly. Good stuff. Enjoy. What’s on your plate?
