I had leftover Salmon, which had been marinated in extra virgin olive oil, dill, garlic, honey and mustard and sautéed. So I boiled some Ziti. In one of other pans I melted a quarter of a bar of butter ( do not let it brown), I added to the bubbly butter about one quarter cup of aged Parmesan cheese. Mixed then added about one quarter cup heavy cream. This renders Alfredo Sauce for one!. Remove from heat. Add a nice sprinkle of dry Parsley. Cut Salmon in bite size squares. Mix pasta and salmon into the Alfredo Sauce. Truly delicious. Some white wine completes the perfect moment. Enjoy.
