Is free will possible? Should we be embracing the knowledge that destiny does exist and we are living it right now? Let’s look a little deeper.

Yes, it is possible to view the past. We cannot view the future, and by the time we see the present, it is already the past. However, if you want to view a specific period in history, that will probably only be possible if you first achieve faster than light travel.(www.physics.stockexchange.com).
It has been scientifically proven that spacetime travel to the past can happen and that all that will happen during our lifetime already has. Just for discussion purposes imagine spacetime as a long continual line which covers the sequence of time, since it’s inception to it’s ending. All that is going to happen already has. Hold that thought. Your life and mine then occupy a segment within this spacetime sequence, starting with our first breath and ending with our last breath, eternally. Fixated and unchangeable. Your birth and mine are recorded happening in real time, happening simultaneously, forever and ever. These events are not mirror images of ourselves but each one of us present throughout our lives forever and all-at-once. We are alive and functioning simultaneously since our birth to our death. There are no surprises here. Everything is fixated. That is called destiny.
If science is correct, we therefore, have no free will. How could we since our lives have already happened? My mind responds like a bag of captive cats trying to get out. Such utter and total lack of control and alternatives. Specially since the idea of free will has been hammered into our individual and collective unconscious forever. No one said we had to like it. Let’s just try to understand it. The enigma is to grasp and comprehend this reality. We have and will continue to create our own heaven and hell till the end of time. Even after we are deceased we continue to live and die within our timeframe allocated in spacetime. We are somehow immortal but didn’t know it. It takes a while to play with these scenarios but give it some thought and watch how the piece fall in place in your mind. Wait for the shock.
It occurs to me that even thought we cannot change or control any of our future, since it has already happened, we can decide about what happens this very instant in our life. We can make the choices right now to embrace actions and events that will enhance this already forgone future. We are here now and can or have made the right decisions that will influence the final outcome of lives being lived in its endless repetition. Every cruelty goes on forever. Every kindness goes on forever. This very instant we seen to have this one choice. The right choice. Crazy but plausible! Yes, I will be writing this forever. Let’s hope my future me is sitting there hoping I hadn’t.
These existential questions need to be asked. They also need answers, even if we don’t like them.
