
I haven’t been cooking much since I’ve been busy writing my first book. Believe it or not. I did it. My friend Wendy forwarded this recipe and her recommendations are impeccable so I did make it and loved it. Here goes.
2 1/2 cups of cooked chicken
1 cup grapes
1 cup pecans
4 chopped onions, (I used only 1)
1/2 cup diced celery
1cup mayonaise
lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
