To do: put the garlic, ginger and 1/2 vinegar in food processor until it becomes a paste. Put the rest of the ingredients, except raising and almonds) in a pot and heat until it boils. Add the food processor ingredients. Lower heat and cook slowly, without cover for about 2 hours, until it thickens / Add the raisins and the the almonds.
