We all know and understand what is going on in Washington. The question which hammers at me, in my mind, is what happens if we fail? An insight into probable future events is found in the Holocaust Encyclopedia: ” As many as 1,500,000 Jewish children alone were murdered or died at the hands of Nazi officials or their collaborators. Children were especially vulnerable to Nazi persecution. Some were targeted on supposed racial grounds, such as Jewish youngsters. “
Currently ICE detains immigrants in 15 detention centers ( including privatized facilities). Time Magazine published that 75,000 children are currently in such camps. We have further learned that the number has grown to 100,000 children in American Concentration Camps suffering sexual assaults and life threatening conditions.
Denial, on our behalf , is simply not an option. You must get involved before it’s too late.
