I have watched my entire life how other people lived in countries under dictatorships, totalitarian regimes and so on. I always knew my own country was not at all clean but it kinda was a functioning democracy. As I’ve been writing about on this blog about how we came to this fascist state of affairs we’ve encountered the deliberate abandonment of political allies, the Kurd People. Facing outrage and horror over the events that would befall the the perpetrator of this crime claimed that ” they did not help us during WWII”. Gasp, scream, pull your hair in desperation. Then, suddenly the news is researched and released that indeed, the Kurd People had been fighting on our side, against the Fascism trying to take over the world. Poetic justice or just plain justice.
